Savannah kicked off their 2013-14 league season this past weekend against their rivals from Golden Isles, the Hammerheads.  Some pre-season trash talking between fullback, Dontae  Lawrence, and his former team had the Shamrocks fired up to defend their new teammate and send a message to rest of the league.  Right MORE

The Savannah Shamrocks will be coming to Charleston in force to support the Eagles as they take on Canada in a World Cup Qualifying match on August 17.   A charter bus has been arranged and many Shamrocks and their supporters will be arriving in force to show their support for MORE

Both the men’s and women’s team have selected August 20 as the start of 15s practice this year.  The men’s team is awaiting final word from USA Rugby South regarding their matrix schedule but rest assured there will be matrix games in both 2013 and 2014 as we look forward MORE

Another summer 7s campaign has come to a close following the Gratis 7s in Savannah, GA, and both the men’s and women’s teams had strong showings.  The women’s team battled to a 3rd place finish as the co-hosts of the tournament against some stiff competition.  Congratulations to the women’s champion MORE
