New Ruggers Always Welcome

Anyone interested in playing rugby is encouraged to attend our practices, all experience levels are welcomed! Our practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm on the intramural field of the Georgia Southern University-Armstrong campus in Savannah. We encourage anyone to bring cleats and a mouthguard to practices.

The Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club is the premier rugby club in the Coastal Southeast and has become a consistent powerhouse in Division III of the Georgia Rugby Union.

The Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club has had several teams within our organization, including an Old Boys squad to keep our extensive network of players — both old and new — active and involved. The Shamrocks are fortunate to also have a strong membership network and partnerships with local businesses for support for training sessions and matches both home and away.
