The World\u2019s Largest St. Pat\u2019s Tournament.<\/h4>

The St. Patrick\u2019s Day Rugby Tournament in Savannah, Georgia isn\u2019t just big\u2014it\u2019s one of the largest and most electric rugby events in the entire country. Each year, nearly 65 teams descend on Savannah from across the U.S. and even from Canada. The lineup shifts annually, bringing fresh faces, fierce competition, and nonstop excitement. All the action unfolds in the heart of Savannah at historic Daffin Park, transforming it into a rugby battleground every St. Patrick\u2019s Day weekend.<\/strong><\/p>

The Savannah Shamrocks don\u2019t just host an exciting tournament\u2014they give back. Each year, a portion of the tournament\u2019s proceeds is donated to local charities and to individuals in both the Savannah and rugby communities, making a real impact beyond the pitch. The Shamrocks also proudly roll through the city in their own float during Savannah\u2019s legendary St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade\u2014America\u2019s second-largest celebration\u2014bringing rugby spirit to one of the nation\u2019s biggest parties.<\/strong><\/p>

2026 Tournament Update!!!!!<\/span><\/h2>

We are thrilled to invite you to the <\/span>2026 St. Patrick\u2019s Day Rugby Tournament, taking place March 7\u20138, 2026<\/b>. We\u2019re looking forward to another exciting weekend of competition and camaraderie. While this year brings a few changes due to major renovations at our traditional venue\u2014and a limited number of sites that can accommodate our usual turnout\u2014we\u2019re embracing the opportunity to make this tournament one of our best yet.<\/span><\/p>

For 2026, matches will be held at two outstanding locations in Savannah: the Jennifer Ross Soccer Complex, featuring three high-quality turf fields, and Memorial Stadium, which will showcase an additional turf field with complete stadium seating. Though the venues are just 1.7 miles apart, each offers exceptional benefits, including expansive dedicated parking and fully lighted fields that will help us extend our normal playing hours.<\/span><\/p>

Our tournament structure will remain unchanged, with every team guaranteed two matches on Saturday and one on Sunday. Matches are currently scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and conclude by 6:00 p.m. <\/span><\/p>

Tournament registration opens December 1, 2025<\/b>, through our website. We plan to offer the following brackets, with the goal of keeping teams at the same location for both Saturday matches. Once brackets are full, we\u2019ll start a waiting list for teams eager to jump into any spots that open up.<\/span><\/p>
